Washington State

Hormone and metabolic care for Washington, in person or from home.

See a Vitality Centers clinician in Spokane, or meet by telehealth from anywhere in the state. Either way, your first visit gets up to a full hour with someone who has time to listen, and your care continues long after the prescription.

Why patients choose Vitality

Care that stays personal when you live far from the clinic.

Distance should not mean a rushed visit or a standard protocol. Our Washington patients get the same clinicians, the same time, and the same follow-up whether they walk into our Spokane office or log in from Seattle, Tacoma, or Vancouver.

We look at the whole clinical picture, explain the options clearly, and adjust the plan as your response and goals change.

How it works

Three steps from first question to a plan that works.

1

A full initial consultation

Up to one hour to review your history, symptoms, medications, and goals. Together you decide what further evaluation, including labs, makes sense.

2

A plan built around you

Your clinician walks through the options, the likely benefits, the risks, and the alternatives, then builds a plan with a clear reason for each part of it.

3

Ongoing care and adjustment

Regular check-ins, laboratory review when appropriate, secure messaging with your clinician, and changes to your plan as you respond.

Common questions

Before you book.

How is Vitality different from an online clinic?

You meet with a clinician who takes up to an hour at your first visit, reviews your whole history, and stays involved afterward. Your plan is adjusted based on how you respond, not applied from a standard protocol. You also have ongoing access to the same care team between visits.

What does the monthly membership include?

The $99 monthly membership includes ongoing clinician access, follow-up visits, secure messaging, laboratory orders and review when clinically appropriate, and treatment and prescription management.

Are labs and medications included?

No. Laboratory testing and medications are billed separately from your consultation and membership.

Do you accept insurance?

Vitality is a membership-based practice and does not bill insurance for the consultation or membership. Insurance may cover some laboratory testing or medications, depending on your plan and where the services are provided.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and ACH.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Select Get Started, complete a short form, and follow the steps to schedule your initial consultation. If you would like to talk with us first, you can book a free discovery call, a brief conversation of up to 15 minutes about the practice. It is not a medical visit.

What if my treatment plan needs to change?

Changes are a normal part of care. Your clinician reviews how you are responding and any relevant laboratory results, then adjusts your medication, dose, or approach when it makes sense. You can message your care team between visits if something is not working the way you expected.

The version of you who feels better starts with one visit.
