Vitality Centers NW is a medical practice focused on hormone and metabolic health for women and men. We believe good care starts with listening carefully, thinking critically, and staying involved long enough to understand whether a treatment is actually helping.
Our patients come to us with different histories, concerns, and goals. Some are looking for answers to symptoms they have struggled to explain. Others are already receiving treatment and want a more thoughtful approach to what comes next.
Either way, our job is the same: understand the whole clinical picture, explain the options clearly, and make decisions with you rather than handing you a standard protocol.

Why Vitality exists
Vitality was founded around hormone care and has grown into a practice focused on both hormone and metabolic health.
What has remained consistent is the way we want medicine to be practiced.
We believe patients deserve enough time to tell the whole story, access to clinicians who know their history, and treatment decisions grounded in evidence rather than trends or promises. We also believe good care requires follow-up, because the first plan is not always the final plan.
Our goal is not to convince every patient that they need treatment. It is to understand what is happening well enough to determine what care actually makes sense.

Dan Getz, DO
FOUNDER
Dr. Dan Getz founded Spokane Vitality Center after recognizing a need for more specialized hormone care in the region. His interest in hormone replacement therapy led him to pursue additional education in the field and ultimately build the practice that became Vitality Centers NW.
As Vitality has grown, the practice has expanded beyond its original focus on men's testosterone therapy while maintaining an emphasis on individualized treatment and ongoing patient care.
Danny Jones, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT-CERTIFIED
Danny Jones is a Physician Assistant-Certified and a military veteran with 27+ years of service across the Navy, Marines, and Army. He earned his physician assistant degree from the University of Washington and continues to serve in the Army Reserves.
Danny's clinical work at Vitality has focused extensively on men's hormone health and testosterone management. He brings years of experience caring for men with changing hormone needs and helping patients navigate treatment over time.
Kelly Green, PA-C, MSCP
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT-CERTIFIED · MENOPAUSE SOCIETY CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER
Kelly Green is a Physician Assistant-Certified and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) with a clinical focus on women's hormone health, perimenopause and menopause, hormone therapy, and metabolic and weight health.
She has practiced medicine since 2016 and brings a strong emphasis on evidence-based care, patient education, and shared decision-making. Kelly believes women should understand why a treatment is being considered, what the evidence supports, where uncertainty remains, and how to evaluate whether a treatment is actually helping.
Her approach is grounded in careful evaluation, individualized treatment, and helping patients make informed decisions about their health rather than relying on standardized protocols or one-size-fits-all recommendations.

When you come back with a question, a new symptom, a change in your health, or a treatment that is not working the way you expected, you should not have to begin the entire conversation again.
