A free discovery call is a quick conversation, up to 15 minutes, about the practice, pricing, and what to expect. It isn't a medical visit.

The discovery call does not include individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication management, or review of laboratory results.

AFTER THE CONSULTATION

What happens after your initial consultation?

If you and your clinician decide to move forward with ongoing care, Vitality's membership is $99 per month.

The membership includes ongoing clinician access, follow-up, secure messaging, laboratory orders and review when clinically appropriate, and treatment and prescription management.

Laboratory testing and medications are billed separately.

There is no long-term membership contract.
