Laboratory testing and medications are billed separately. No long-term contract.
Vitality does not bill insurance for the consultation or membership. We accept credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and ACH.

Can I really be treated from Utah?

Where would I get my labs done?
When your clinician orders laboratory testing, you complete it at a lab near you. Your results go to your clinician, who reviews them with you.
Do you accept insurance?
Vitality Centers NW is a membership-based practice and does not bill insurance for the consultation or membership. Insurance may cover some laboratory testing or medications, depending on your plan.
How much does it cost to get started?
The initial consultation is $189. If you decide to continue care, the membership is $99 per month. Laboratory testing and medications are billed separately, and there is no long-term contract.
How do I schedule an appointment?
